Hi, I’m Crystal, the hands behind the wax pot, the brows, and the lash tints. But more than that, I’m someone who believes that beauty is about feeling your best—inside and out. If you're here, you're probably wondering about the person behind the scenes. So, let’s dive in!
From the Frozen North to the Heart of Texas
I wasn’t always an esthetician, but I’ve always had an eye for beauty. Born and raised in Texas, I took a twelve-year detour to Alaska—a land of breathtaking wilderness and, let’s be honest, some serious dry skin. But in 2020, I knew it was time for a new chapter. I packed my bags, returned to Texas, and finally pursued the dream that had been calling me for years.
I enrolled at I.T.S Academy of Beauty, completing 750 hours of hands-on training in just seven months. Then came the exams—written, practical, nerve-wracking—but I passed. And that’s when the real adventure began.

Becoming the Waxing Queen
My first industry job? A trial by fire. At Depil Brazil Waxing Studio, I mastered the art of speed waxing, tackling 15-minute Brazilian waxes and even learning the delicate skill of male Brazilians. It was fast, intense, and taught me everything about precision and client comfort.
Then came my first taste of entrepreneurship. I found a cozy corner at Vista Ridge Mall in Lewisville, sharing a booth with a kindhearted jeweler named Monica. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was mine—a space where I could grow my craft and build a name for myself.
After a few months, I joined Waxing the City, where I slowed things down. Longer appointments, customized treatments, and a focus on true self-care. This was where I honed my skills beyond waxing, offering brow laminations, foot treatments, and soothing masks. But even in this nurturing space, my entrepreneurial spirit wouldn’t stay quiet.
Taking the Leap
With the unwavering support of my boyfriend and family, I made the biggest move of my career. On October 23, 2023, I opened my own salon suite in Coppell, Texas. No more renting a chair, no more working under someone else’s brand—this space is mine, a haven where I get to pamper, empower, and transform.
